At ResumeRise (operated by CoddyKit), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our subscription services.
2. Free Tier
ResumeRise offers a free tier with limited daily analyses. Since no payment is required for the free tier, no refund is applicable.
3. Pro Subscription Refunds
If you purchased a Pro subscription and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Refund requests for renewals must be made within 48 hours of the renewal charge.
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method (App Store, Google Play, or web payment provider).
- Partial month refunds are not available — subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period.
4. App Store & Google Play Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be handled through the respective store:
- Apple App Store: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
We cannot process refunds for purchases made through these platforms directly.
5. Web Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through our website (via Stripe/Paddle), please contact our support team at coddy@coddykit.com with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been actively used for more than 7 days.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window.
- Any promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless required by law).

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Order/transaction ID (if available)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
